Cancellation / Refund Policy
Customers can cancel their order within 1 day of placing the order or before the items have been shipped, whichever comes first. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@oceaniss.com with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. The refund is processed within 5-7 days.
Shipping Policy
We work with multiple Shipping partners and our shipping rates starts from Rs 27. While placing the order buyers get option to choose which shipping partner they want to place order with. The shipment is shipped in 1-3 days since the order is received and it takes somewhere between 3-10 days (depending on the delivery address and Shipping partner selected) for the shipment to arrive at the buyer’s address.
